Dedication
Hello Bloggers!
I’m relatively new to the blogging, but have been an instructor of English language since 1996, specifically for the candidates of MA in English literature. As teacher I always worked closely with novice students who had absolutely No ideas how real English worked. Besides that, there are students who understand the language itself yet they come across problems associated with technical construction, literary devices and other paraphernalia.
What initially attracted me to blogging was the impact that it has on people’s lives. Blogs, by their very nature, enable people to express themselves. Some blogs attract our readership from an intellectual perspective, some for their entertainment value, and still others stir our emotions. That’s powerful stuff.
As human beings, we enjoy listening to and sharing stories. This is what blogging facilitates at a fundamental level.
What I hope to gain from this effort is greater insight into how you are getting along with English language, be it grammar, linguistics, comprehension or just composition using this blog. The deeper the understanding we have for how you use the language, the more informed I am when deciding where to take this humble blog in the future.
